I agree about the tv shows - what about Fringe and John Noble?? I guess if something is a bit out of the ordinary, with the possible exception of Dexter, it is not worthy of recognition.

Jezz: I believe social security benefits are based on your earnings. So, if you never worked or worked for minimum wage all your life, your benefits will be lower. But there is a max monthly amount.
